Pre-Vacation

Before I go on a vacation, I like to get in shape and eat healthy. It has always made me happy, haha! I think it’s because it is prepping for fun if you will. Not everyone likes this kind of thing, but if you are looking for minor changes to improve your health, this may help! Below are two workout videos that are my go-to. Along with that, I am attaching a recipe that has been my go-to smoothie lately.

PBA– Peanut butter – banana – apple

Just like the title 1. banana

1 apple

1 scoop of peanut butter

add a cup of milk of your choice

I get fancy. I add spinach and protein powder. All you taste is peanut butter! You get the green healthy smoothie look but you don’t taste it.
